• By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

• We make every effort to display product images and details accurately.

• Minor variations in color, print placement, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or manufacturing process.

• All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued without prior notice.
  

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

• All prices are listed in INR (₹).

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Orders will be processed only after successful payment.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected locations.
  

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched.

• MOSHATSU reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing error, or suspicious activity.

• In such cases, a full refund (if applicable) will be processed.
  

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Orders are shipped within the estimated processing time mentioned on the website.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances.

• MOSHATSU is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.
  

6. NO REFUNDS / NO RETURNS

• MOSHATSU does not offer refunds.

• Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

• Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund.
  

7. EXCHANGE POLICY

7.1 Size Exchange (Paid)

• Size exchange is allowed within 7 days of product delivery.

• Exchange is applicable only for size issues.

• A ₹200 shipping charge will be applicable for all size exchanges.

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

• Exchange is subject to size availability.
  

7.2 Free Exchange (Only If Issue From Our Side)

Free exchange will be provided only if:

• Wrong product is delivered

• Product is damaged or torn on arrival

• Manufacturing defect is found

⚠️ Mandatory Condition:

• Parcel opening video is compulsory.

• The video must clearly show the package being opened from start to finish.

• Without a parcel opening video, no exchange request will be accepted, even in case of damage or defect.
  

8. EXCHANGE NOT ELIGIBLE IF

Exchange requests will be rejected if:

• Request is raised after 7 days from delivery

• Product is used, washed, or worn

• Care instructions are not followed

• No parcel opening video is provided (for damaged/wrong product cases)
  

9. CARE INSTRUCTION DISCLAIMER

Damage caused due to:

• Ironing directly on the print

• Brushing or scrubbing the print

• Using harsh detergents or improper washing

will not be eligible for exchange.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content on this website including logos, designs, graphics, images, and text is the property of MOSHATSU.

• Any unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
  

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• MOSHATSU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product only.
  

12. USER RESPONSIBILITY

• Customers must provide accurate information while placing orders.

• Any misuse of the website or fraudulent activity may lead to order cancellation or account restriction.
  

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

• MOSHATSU reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Updated terms will be effective immediately after posting on the website.
  

14. GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
